Harbour of Carthago

As ruling power of the mediterranean sea Carthago was able to set free an incredibly huge fleet within shortest time. They were able to do this as the circular harbour (the central command was located in the very middle) beared the ships like in a shelf saving lots of space (and maintainance costs).
Understanding this harbour is probably the key to understanding the military power of Carthago.
