The so called Cuxland between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven (Germany) with its vast tidal zone is definitely spectacular. Twice a day the tide is rolling torwards the coastline over a distance of 10 kilometers pretty fast! Thus involving flora and fauna in its own particular rythm of nature.
